Every time you submit a video generation prompt, you occupy a slot in our rendering queue, consuming immense computational bandwidth, electrical power, and upstream API calls. Our Fair Use Policy strictly mandates that your usage of these resources must be proportional, reasonable, and aligned with standard human-driven operational speeds.

2.2. Prohibition of Algorithmic Hoarding:

You are strictly, absolutely, and unequivocally forbidden from executing programmatic strategies designed to hoard GPU compute time, overwhelm our rendering queues, or monopolize server bandwidth to the detriment of other paying Kivoo AI subscribers.

2.3. Dynamic Rate Limiting and Algorithmic Throttling:

To enforce this doctrine of equitable resource allocation, Kivoo AI employs aggressive, automated, and dynamic rate-limiting protocols. We reserve the absolute, unreviewable right to throttle your generation speed, artificially delay your rendering queue priority, temporarily suspend your API access, or limit the concurrent number of video rendering tasks you can initiate. These limits may be imposed dynamically, without prior notice, and without any obligation to issue fiat refunds, specifically if our backend telemetry detects that your Account is consuming resources at an anomalous, hyper-accelerated, or technically abusive rate.

3.1. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Exploitation:

Kivoo AI maintains a zero-tolerance, immediate-action policy against any generation, upload, or conceptualization of CSAM, pedophilia, or the sexualization of minors in any format (photorealistic, animated, synthetic, or otherwise). Any attempt—even a failed prompt—to generate such material will trigger an immediate, permanent, and irrevocable Account ban. Kivoo AI will unapologetically preserve all associated IP logs, prompt histories, and account metadata, and we will proactively, aggressively, and immediately report the offending User to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), Interpol, and all relevant local and international law enforcement authorities.

3.2. Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII) and Synthetic Pornography:

You are explicitly forbidden from using Kivoo AI to generate, manipulate, or synthesize sexually explicit content, pornography, or erotic media. Furthermore, you are absolutely prohibited from uploading images of real human beings to generate non-consensual deepfake pornography, synthetic nudity, or "revenge porn." Our AI safety classifiers are trained to block explicit generation, and repeated attempts to bypass these NSFW (Not Safe For Work) filters using coded language or obfuscated prompts will result in immediate Account termination.

3.3. Hate Speech, Harassment, and Systemic Discrimination:

You shall not use the generative capabilities of Kivoo AI to create content that promotes, incites, or explicitly supports violence, hatred, discrimination, or severe harassment against any individual or specific group of people based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, biological sex, severe medical condition, or physical/mental disability. You shall not generate videos designed to bully, dox (reveal private information), intimidate, or psychologically abuse specific, identifiable individuals.

3.4. Graphic Violence, Gore, and Self-Harm:

You are strictly forbidden from generating hyper-realistic depictions of extreme gore, dismemberment, torture, gruesome fatal accidents, or gratuitous violence. Additionally, you must not generate content that encourages, glorifies, provides instructions for, or promotes suicide, self-mutilation, eating disorders, or any other form of severe self-harm.

3.5. Terrorism, Extremism, and Illegal Acts:

Kivoo AI cannot be used as a propaganda engine for designated terrorist organizations, violent extremist groups, or organized criminal syndicates. You shall not generate instructional videos on how to manufacture explosives, synthesize illegal narcotics, assemble 3D-printed firearms, commit cyber-attacks, or execute any act that constitutes a felony under international law.

4.1. Unauthorized Public Figure Impersonation:

You are absolutely, categorically, and strictly forbidden from uploading source images, audio clips, or specific descriptive prompts designed to generate highly realistic, deceptive video or audio of real-world public figures without their legally binding, documented permission. This includes, but is not limited to: sitting politicians, heads of state, political candidates, international celebrities, actors, musicians, prominent business executives, journalists, and social media influencers.

4.2. Political Misinformation and Electoral Interference:

To protect the integrity of global democratic processes, Kivoo AI absolutely bans the use of our platform to generate synthetic media intended to disrupt, influence, or manipulate any local, national, or international election. You shall not generate deepfakes of political candidates conceding defeat, declaring false wars, endorsing policies they have not endorsed, or engaging in fabricated scandalous behavior.

4.3. Private Citizen Impersonation:

You shall not use Kivoo AI to clone the voice or synthesize the face of your ex-partners, coworkers, neighbors, teachers, or any private citizen. You may only use the custom avatar and voice cloning features to replicate your own personal likeness, or the likeness of an individual who has provided you with explicit, verifiable, and legally binding written consent to digitize their biometric data for commercial rendering.

4.4. The Burden of Consent Verification:

Kivoo AI assumes absolutely no liability for verifying the consent of the individuals whose likeness you attempt to clone. If Kivoo AI receives a complaint, a cease-and-desist letter, or a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notice from an individual claiming you have generated an unauthorized deepfake of them, we will immediately comply with the takedown, terminate your Account, and provide your IP logs to the complaining party’s legal counsel.

5.1. Prohibition of Fabricated Medical and Health Claims:

You are strictly forbidden from generating AI videos featuring synthetic doctors, nurses, or patients making false, unverified, or legally unsanctioned medical claims. You shall not use Kivoo AI to market miracle cures, unapproved pharmaceuticals, highly regulated weight-loss supplements, or fraudulent medical devices by having an AI avatar pose as a satisfied, cured customer.

5.2. Prohibition of Financial Fraud and "Get Rich Quick" Scams:

You must not use Kivoo AI to synthesize videos promoting cryptocurrency rug-pulls, Ponzi schemes, illegal pyramid structures, fraudulent investment advice, or deceptive real estate seminars. You shall not generate fake testimonials where an AI avatar claims to have made massive, guaranteed financial returns using your specific product or service.

5.3. Ethical Disclosure of AI Generation (The "Synthetic Tagging" Rule):

In jurisdictions where it is legally mandated, or on social media platforms (like TikTok, Meta, or YouTube) that explicitly require it in their Terms of Service, you bear the absolute, unshared responsibility of prominently labeling, disclosing, or watermarking your Kivoo AI videos as "AI-Generated," "Synthetic Media," or "Altered Content." Kivoo AI will not be held liable if your social media or advertising accounts are banned for failing to disclose the synthetic nature of the videos you produced using our platform.

6.1. Uploading Copyrighted Source Material:

If you utilize our image-to-video or audio-to-video capabilities, you must possess the absolute copyright, or a valid, paid commercial license, for every single asset you upload. You shall not upload watermarked stock photos, ripped movie clips, copyrighted music tracks, or proprietary brand logos that you do not legally own or have permission to utilize.

6.2. Algorithmic Plagiarism and Trademark Infringement:

You shall not engineer specific text prompts designed exclusively to bypass copyright laws by forcing the Kivoo AI models to identically recreate copyrighted characters (e.g., Mickey Mouse, Marvel superheroes, Nintendo characters) or highly protected corporate trade dress (e.g., specifically replicating a competitor's exact commercial advertisement style).

6.3. Strict Repeat Infringer Policy:

Kivoo AI complies entirely with the DMCA and international equivalent copyright treaties. If we receive a valid, legally binding notice that the Output you generated and subsequently published infringes upon the intellectual property rights of a third party, we will issue a formal strike against your Account. Accumulating multiple strikes, or a single strike involving egregious, willful commercial theft, will result in the immediate, permanent, and irreversible termination of your Kivoo AI Account, without the possibility of a refund.

7.1. Prohibition of Unauthorized Automation and Scraping:

Unless you are explicitly utilizing a paid, officially documented Kivoo AI API token, you are absolutely and strictly forbidden from using headless browsers (e.g., Puppeteer, Selenium), automated macros, web scraping scripts, data mining bots, or programmatic clickers to interact with the kivooai.com graphical user interface. You shall not automate the submission of prompts or the downloading of rendered videos through the standard web dashboard.

7.2. Prohibition of Reverse Engineering and Source Code Extraction:

You shall not, under any circumstances, attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code, underlying neural network weights, algorithmic architectures, or prompt-engineering system wrappers utilized by Kivoo AI. You shall not execute prompt injection attacks, algorithmic jailbreaks, or specific inputs designed exclusively to extract our hidden backend system prompts or safety guardrail logic.

7.3. Account Sharing and Reselling Prohibitions:

Your Kivoo AI Account is strictly personal to you (or your specific corporate entity). You shall not share your login credentials, passwords, or session tokens with multiple unverified users to illegally split the cost of a single subscription. Furthermore, you are absolutely prohibited from operating a "wrapper" business—you cannot resell Kivoo AI's generative services, repackage our dashboard, or offer our API access to third parties as a white-labeled service without a specific, custom-negotiated, and legally signed Enterprise Reseller Agreement directly from Kivoo AI.

7.4. Cyberattacks and Network Interference:

You shall not intentionally execute or facilitate Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, upload payload-laced images containing Malicious Code, inject SQL commands, cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks, or attempt to breach our cloud database architecture. Any such action will immediately trigger a permanent ban and a direct referral to international cybercrime authorities.

8.1. Algorithmic Safety Classifiers:

Kivoo AI employs advanced, automated Natural Language Processing (NLP) filters and computer vision classifiers that actively scan your text prompts, uploaded images, and final rendered videos in real-time. These classifiers are mathematically trained to detect NSFW content, extreme violence, known copyrighted assets, and deepfake attempts. If the classifier detects a severe violation, it will automatically block the generation, consume the Credits as a penalty for the violation, and log the attempt in your permanent Account history.

8.2. Manual Auditing and Review Rights:

Kivoo AI reserves the absolute, unreviewable right to manually access, review, audit, and analyze your Account history, your saved text prompts, your uploaded source files, and your final rendered videos if our automated systems flag your Account for suspicious activity, or if we receive a direct, credible complaint from a third party regarding your generated content. By using the platform, you legally consent to this internal auditing process.

8.3. The Spectrum of Disciplinary Actions:

If Kivoo AI determines, in its sole, absolute, and unchallenged discretion, that you have violated any provision, sub-clause, or the overall spirit of this Fair Use Policy, we may deploy any combination of the following disciplinary actions without prior notice or liability:

• Issuing a formal, documented digital warning.
• Automatically deleting the offending video Output from our servers.
• Stripping your Account of a specific feature (e.g., banning your access to the voice-cloning tool while leaving standard text-to-video active).
• Throttling your rendering speed to the lowest possible queue priority.
• Temporarily suspending your Account for a set number of days.
• Executing an immediate, permanent, and irrevocable Account ban.
• Retaining all unused Credits without issuing a fiat refund.
• Revoking the commercial license to all previously generated videos.
• Filing formal reports with local, federal, or international law enforcement.

10.1. The Absence of a Formal Appeals Process:

Because Kivoo AI must operate with maximum efficiency to maintain server stability, decisions regarding Fair Use violations, content takedowns, and Account bans are strictly final, absolute, and unreviewable. Kivoo AI is under no legal or operational obligation to engage in an appeals process, debate the nuances of our safety classifiers, or provide exhaustive technical evidence to justify why your specific prompt was deemed a violation of this Policy.

10.2. Unilateral Right to Modify:

The landscape of generative AI safety, deepfake legislation, and digital ethics is evolving daily. Consequently, Kivoo AI reserves the absolute, unilateral right to dynamically update, heavily revise, entirely rewrite, or subtly amend this Fair Use Policy at any time, for any reason, without requiring your prior consent. Your continued generation of AI videos following the posting of an updated Policy constitutes your absolute, legally binding acceptance of the newly revised restrictions.

10.3. Exclusive Contact Protocol:

As an independent, cloud-native SaaS platform, Kivoo AI does not maintain a public physical corporate headquarters, nor do we accept physical mail, certified letters, or in-person service of process for content moderation disputes.

All inquiries regarding acceptable use, reporting of violating accounts, or formal correspondence regarding the incredibly dense, strict text of this Master Fair Use Policy must be submitted strictly, exclusively, and entirely via electronic mail.
